What you are buying, what the licence covers, and how refunds work. Effective July 28, 2026.
ConsultKit is sold by Lead Frog (“we”, “us”), of 1500 West Georgia, Suite 1300, Vancouver, BC V6G 2Z6. Buying it, or using this website, means you accept these terms.
They sit alongside our Disclaimer, which sets out what the tool does and does not do, and our Privacy Policy. Where the Disclaimer says something more specific about scope, medical matters or liability, that wording applies.
A one-time licence to use ConsultKit, a branded client assessment tool that runs in your own browser. It is not a subscription, and there is no recurring charge of any kind.
It is also not a hosted service with an account. Your setup is carried inside a link that is generated for you, and that link is the product. There is nothing to log in to and no password to reset, which is why keeping the link is your responsibility rather than ours.
One licence covers one trainer or one training business, for unlimited assessments with your own prospects and clients. There is no per-client charge and no cap.
It does not cover reselling the tool, sharing your link with another trainer or business so they can use it, or republishing the underlying files as your own product. If you have several trainers working under one business, that is one business and one licence; if they are independent operators, each needs their own.
The price is $97 once, in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or hold your card details. Any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies is shown before you pay.
We may change the price of the product at any time. A change never affects a purchase already made.
If the tool is not useful to you, write to support@trainerkit.co within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request, and there is nothing to return.
After 30 days we are not obliged to refund, though you are welcome to ask. Nothing here affects statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived.
Access is delivered by email immediately after payment. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to support@trainerkit.co.
Once you generate your link, email it to yourself and keep it. We can re-send the setup page, but we cannot reconstruct a link you have generated and lost, because we never receive it.
Support is by email, and we aim to answer within two business days. It covers getting the tool working and using it as intended. It does not cover your hardware, your hosting, or the content of what you write into your own setup.
We may update the product. Updates that improve it are provided at no charge; a copy you have already installed on a device keeps working as it is until you open your link again. We do not promise that any particular feature will exist forever, and we may stop selling a product at any time without that affecting your licence to keep using it.
The tool is licensed to fitness professionals for use within their own scope of practice and their certifying body's rules. You are responsible for what you put into it, what you tell your clients, and every commercial arrangement you make with them. We are not party to any of it.
You must not use the tool for anything unlawful, misrepresent what it produces, or present it as something we have reviewed or approved on your behalf.
The tool is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, and our total liability arising from the product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We do not promise any uptime for this website. Nor do we need to: the tool runs in your browser and does not depend on our servers to function, so an installed copy keeps working whatever happens to us. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you buy, and the effective date is shown at the top of this page. A revision never applies retroactively to a purchase already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
